Business Learning Lab: From Visibility to Revenue, The Modern Growth Pyramid

Join us for a practical and insightful session on From Visibility to Revenue: The Modern Growth Pyramid, where you’ll learn how today’s local businesses can move beyond scattered marketing efforts and build a clear, structured path to consistent growth.

This workshop is presented by Christie Wengranowski, Founder of Flying Horse Design Studio, a brand and web design strategist who helps businesses strengthen their online presence, clarify their messaging, and turn visibility into measurable results.

As part of the Langley Chamber’s Business Learning Lab professional development programming, this interactive session is designed for local business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals who want to better understand how modern customers actually discover, evaluate, and choose businesses.

Today’s marketing environment is more complex than ever. Many businesses invest in websites, social media, and advertising, yet still struggle to generate steady inquiries or predictable growth. This session introduces a clear, practical framework—the Modern Growth Pyramid—that breaks down what actually drives awareness, trust, and revenue in today’s digital-first world, including Google search, referrals, and AI-driven recommendations.

Rather than focusing on doing more marketing, this workshop helps participants identify what truly matters first, so they can eliminate wasted effort and focus on the areas that directly impact growth. Participants will also learn how to spot gaps in their visibility, operations, and brand clarity that may be limiting their ability to attract and convert customers.

Designed specifically for Langley’s local business community, this session is hands-on, practical, and focused on strategies that can be applied immediately.
